Domestic orders are shipped with PostNL. Standard delivery is 1-2 business days.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or delays caused by postal procedures. If your order is delayed, please feel free to contact us at orders@berbendesign.com and we will try to help you as best we can.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after receiving your item, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
